"This shop is truly fantastic in every possible way."
The dresses I've gotten from Retro Stage have consistently been top quality. Not long ago, I faced a problem where one of my orders was considered missing. But, the company was generous enough to provide a replacement dress for a small charge. Thanks to their excellent customer support and high-quality items, I will surely keep ordering from Retro Stage!

The dresses I've ordered from Retro Stage have always been of exceptional quality. Recently, I encountered an issue where one of my orders was deemed stolen. However, the company was kind enough to offer a replacement dress for a nominal fee. Due to their outstanding customer service and top-notch products, I will definitely continue to place orders with Retro Stage!

"Total Rip-Off Alert!"
This store is nothing but a total rip-off. I really recommend steering clear of buying anything from them. If I could, I’d give them a bunch of negative stars. Even though they have some cute stuff, the quality is just terrible, and the stitching is so shoddy that it literally falls apart when you wear it. When you try to get in touch with their customer service, they do everything they can to dodge giving you a refund. Plus, their customer service line is always silent. They say they’re available from 9 to 5, but they only reply to emails in the dead of night, like between 2 and 4 am, which definitely isn’t during their claimed hours and makes you wonder if they’re really based in the U.S. like they say. I’ve been going back and forth with them for over a month now, since they only get back to me when I’m asleep and often take “well-deserved breaks.” But I’ve had enough. I’m gearing up to sue them, and I’ve got plenty of proof to back me up. If anyone else wants to team up with me, hit me up so we can take a stand together. What they’re doing is wrong, unfair, and it’s straight-up fraud.

When you reach out to their customer service, they go to great lengths to avoid issuing a refund. Additionally, their customer service number goes unanswered. They claim to have working hours from 9-5, but they only respond to emails in the middle of the night, between 2-4am, which is not within the stated working hours and suggests they are not actually based in America as they claim. I have been engaged in a back-and-forth with them for over a month now, as they only respond when I am sleeping and frequently take "much needed vacations." However, I have reached my limit. "Two months and still no sign of my order!"
It's been two months and I'm still waiting for my order. I had a couple of email chats with someone from the company who promised me that my item was en route. The last message even said they would send a replacement. But honestly, nothing has changed since then. I’m still without the dress or any refund. It's really getting on my nerves.

I still haven't received my order from 2 months ago. I had a few email exchanges with a representative from the company who assured me that my item was on its way. The last email even mentioned that a new item would be sent. However, nothing has happened since then. I haven't received the dress or a refund. It's quite frustrating.

"A heads-up for future shoppers: Beware of the terrible service here!"
The return guidelines make it clear that you need to notify them about sending something back before doing so, and this has to happen within 15 days after you get your order. I shot them an email, but since it was the weekend, I got an auto-reply saying they’d get back to me on the next business day. Sadly, no one ever followed up. I also tried calling, but all I got was a robotic voice pushing medical gadgets I didn’t want. After a week, I finally got a response to my email, but they just had more questions about the return. When I replied, I got another automated message saying they were out of the office and would return the next business day. To top it all off, my package didn’t include an order slip, which is a must according to their return rules. It’s super frustrating! With all the delays and being stuck with an A.I. on the phone, I’m running out of time to return the item as required. The return policy is so unclear that I’m now worried about sending it back, thinking I might not get my refund. Plus, the quality of the clothing isn’t great either.

"Attention all potential buyers, I feel compelled to warn you about the abysmal service provided by this establishment."
The return policy clearly states that you must inform them about the return prior to sending it back, and this must be done within 15 days of receiving the order. I contacted them via email, but since it was the weekend, I received an automated email stating that they would follow up on the next business day. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response. I also attempted to reach out to someone via phone, but all I got was an A.I. system trying to sell me unwanted medical devices. Finally, after a week, someone responded to my email with additional questions about the return. However, when I replied, I received another automated message stating that they were out of the office and would be back the next business day. To make matters worse, there was no order slip in my package, which is required according to their return policy. It's quite frustrating! Due to the delayed responses and being redirected to an A.I., time is running out for me to effectively make the return within the given timeframe. The return policy is so confusing that I'm now hesitant to send the item back, fearing that I may not get my money back. In my opinion, the quality of the clothing material is also subpar.

I even suggested swapping the item for something from their US stock if they weren’t up for a cancellation. They got back to me the next day, letting me switch, and I quickly replied with the swimsuit I wanted. But then, I emailed them again the following day and got an out-of-office reply. It’s now 10am CT on a Friday, and the message says they’re off enjoying their weekend and won’t be back until Monday the 17th. The email hints at calling their customer service for help, but when I tried, no one picked up. Honestly, I’m not sure who’s running this place, but their customer service and website really need some work. They ought to make it clear that they have several warehouses and that some items might take a long time to ship. This info should be upfront before customers hit that order button, not just an email after the fact. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’m not changing any of my reviews until this order situation is sorted out.

It was only after placing the order that I discovered it would take 15-30 business days, which is not the standard delivery time in the US. Additionally, I received an email stating that the delivery could take a significant amount of time. Immediately, I emailed them to request a cancellation of my order. I also offered to switch the item with something from their US warehouse if they were unwilling to cancel. They responded the following day, allowing me to make the switch, and I promptly replied with the swimsuit I wanted to exchange. However, I emailed them again the next day and received an out of office message. It is currently 10am CT on a Friday, and the message states that they are enjoying their weekend and will not be back until Monday the 17th. The email suggests calling their customer service line for assistance, but when I called, there was no answer. Honestly, I am unsure who is in charge of this company, but their customer service system and website are in need of improvement. They should clearly highlight the fact that they have multiple warehouses and that some items may take a significant amount of time to ship. This information should be provided before customers place their orders, rather than sending an email notification afterwards. I will not be making any future purchases from this company, and I will not adjust any of my reviews until my order is resolved.

Honestly, I’m not sure what’s going on with the management of this company, as their customer service setup and website really need some work. They ought to make it clear that they have different warehouses and that some items take way longer to ship. "Completely unhappy with my order."
I am completely unhappy with my order. After a lengthy wait, I’ve just gotten part of what I ordered. The quality of the clothes is really poor and feels cheap (even after trying to iron them several times, the wrinkles just won’t budge). I’m still waiting on two more dresses for my three-day event at the end of July. I won’t be buying from this company again. Order number: FD407680.
